The STRAWMAN

What the Hell is a STRAWMAN?
Ive been looking into this little mystery for the last week or so. Although there are still some aspects to get my head around and a few grey areas, here is my interpretation thus far:

When you were born, your parents signed a document with the Government and gave up their right to you, basically. This document goes under the guise of a Birth Certificate.

"A birth certificate is evidence that your parents have applied by registration to the state to provide for you the protection of the state as a patron. The State is conscripted to make a record of the child's birth and becomes eligible for a long list of benefits provided by the stat as a conscripted or substitute Father.
The power or tights of the Natural Father are correlative to the responsibilities of the position and relationship.
Registration is the first step of 3 in a process of transferring the Patria Potestas [the Power of the Father] from
the natural Family to the corporate State. With that certification you can obtain benefits, protection and care from the State for the child.
The Romans called these benefits “tudor”. You can also obtain a SSN which will assist you in obtaining more
benefits from the state and will eventually, when they come of age, require an honorarium coming from the child in the form of a tax upon his or her labor, called income tax. Income tax is an excise tax, which is a patrimonial right of the Father or those standing In Parentis Loci, the position of the parents, hence the maxim, Parens Patriae, obey the Father.
This is the process of becoming a child of the state and being manumitted from your natural Fathers. It is a
process where by, the State, who moves in the place of the Fathers and Mothers of a Family, becomes the
benefactors of the people. While the state calls itself a benefactor it may only provide for the needs of society by taking away from one class and giving to another.1 It does not operate on faith, hope, or charity, but on allegiance, entitlements, and forced contributions."

Not only this, but they then create an ARTIFICIAL PERSON who's name sound very similar to your own, except it is spelled all in capitals. My name is spelt "Leith Carnie", the artificial person is spelt "LEITH CARNIE".
To capitalise something indicates ownership of it. The words that make up my name are just words my parents happened to like.( leith carnie) To capitalise the first letters then indicates ownership of the following words (Leith Carnie) and represents the Natural Person who was born under the United Nations Bill of Human Rights, which boils down to the right to Life, Liberty and Property(very important!). The CAPITALISED artificial person is a Corporate Entity, a Legal Fiction which has NO rights and exists outside of the Law. It acts a a buffer between the Natural Person and other Artificial Persons.

Now Artificial Persons or STRAWMEN are the same as Corporations, in fact they ARE corporations. The State is a corporation, the government is a corporation, the banks are corporations, the RTA is a corporation etc etc etc. They don't actually exist. They are LEGAL FICTIONS. They are NOT natural, living, flesh and blood people. By law, a Natural Person cannot enter into any sort of contract or agreement with an Artificial Person (corporation) as they do not actually exist. This is the purpose of the STRAWMAN, it is the corporation that CAN enter into contracts with other Legal Fictions and represents you. BUT (!!) it is NOT you.
By Law itself, no Law can exist that can cause you harm. You have the RIGHTS as a Natural Person to Life, Liberty and Property that cannot be take away. When you get into strife with a corporation, it is actually your STRAWMAN that is being called into question. The only laws that effect the Natural Person are Common Laws which boil down to a law that prevents you from doing any damage to persons or property (an it harm none). THATS IT! ALL OTHER LAWS APPLY ONLY TO ARTIFICIAL PERSONS!!!!!

The government also presented your birth certificate to the reserve bank and took out a loan in the name of the artificial person for the purpose of providing you with everything you will need (eg Schooling) over the term of your life. It is NOT used in this manner, but rather the money has been invested into various other corporations and gained a lot of profit. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM THIS MONEY!!

SO, to become FREE this is what you need to do:

1) Properly filing an Affidavit of Sovereignty and establishing a lien upon your STRAWMAN and public record that you are not the STRAWMAN and in fact are the holder-in-due-course of it.

2) Making yourself the Power of Attorney over the corporate fiction.

3) Copyrighting your STRAWMAN's name. This doesn't just give you another defencive strategy it gives you a very important offencive weapon because from this point on anyone who is coming after your STRAWMAN for anything without your permission is trespassing on your commercial property.

4) Write a Notice of Understanding & Intent & Claim of Rights & attach a FEE SCHEDULE. ("I claim my FEE SCHEDULE for any transgressions by peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants is TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS PER HOUR or portion thereof if being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated and TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS PER HOUR or portion thereof if I am handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process without my express written and Notarised consent.")

5) Include Notice to secure your bond using your birth certificate trust which was created when you were born.

6) Notarise/Witness & registered mail the package & file to all interested parties from the Queen down.

7) Do a Notice of Default when they don't respond They can't rebut the truth so you win a default judgement that puts them into estoppal.

8) Get your books in order set-off your account and have a happy life.

9) Know thyself, and be a Freeman in common law with your public bond in place Lawful & Legal.

After doing this correctly, you then as a Freeman on the Land become IMMUNE to ALL LAWS except for Common Laws. The RTA an no longer tell you to wear a seat belt (how do they do this? The car is YOUR property. Is there a law to tell you to tie your shoes? Property is property. When you register your car in your STRAWMAN name, look at your drivers licence....capitalised!, you sign over part ownership to the artificial person the RTA and therefore they can make rules about your property) You will no longer be accountable to loans or anything else!

The ramifications of this are HUGE!
