WHO WANTS THE PAGAN RELIGION TO BE A SOURCE OF REVENUE?!?!
Speaking of Politics (Poli meaning Many and Tics meaning Blood sucking insects...) the thought occurred... bare with me here...
The only legal Government(Govern- control. Mente- mind.) is a representative one and can only represent by consent. Once consent is given then they can begin creating and enforcing corporate policies (statutes) that are designed purely to collect revenue for themselves and the banks. Courts(a place where games are played) and Police (policy enforcement officers) are there mainly to enforce revenue collection and have NOTHING to do with justice. (3,800 child sex offenders are dismissed each year, while it is impossible to get out of a parking fine. There is no money made in locking up a paedophile or rapist.)
At the moment the Australian Government does not represent the Pagan religions and therefore our religion falls outside of their jurisdiction. We can handfast and what-not without their approval as they have no authority to make a statute to say we can't. Once we enter into THEIR corporate world (i.e. Centrelink, "legal" contracts and courts, RTA etc) then our OWN world isn't recognised and our Handfasting becomes demeaned as "De-Facto".
We are currently BEGGING to come under the jurisdiction of the Australian Government which will then give them the power to make the statutes that will control our belief systems.
So why are we trying to give them control over us? We can Handfast perfectly legally under Common Law as that's what a Handfasting is. Common Law is DO NO HARM.
Fuck having our religion controlled and manipulated for revenue collection. If they are not interested, GOOD!!!

WHICH pagan religion are we speaking of? If its wicca..who cares..LOL Wicca has so many problems with it..it's no wonder most wiccan are 'commoners' to say the lest..OH fuck see I just had a individual thought that is counter to that of the MASS MAJORITY OF WICCAN BELIEFS...
but you know what they say.."if the majority are doing it...it's probably not a good thing"
I digress...
depends what religion you speak of because pagan religion is a large umbrella of all religions that are not christian, jewish, or muslim..so thats even the native american indians who are "Pagan".
My artifacts..by art, carvings, spells ARE for sale..like the dream canoe..wonderful spell....but you can not sell beliefs'..you either believe the book you buy or you dont, you either believe the bible or you dont..see..so even though one can sell the object you can not sell the culture or the beleifs..you can import the beliefs..but not the culture....canada is a good example of that with new canadians wearing canadian clothes and eating canadain food..but still believing in what they did before..however over time that even changes due to the culture mix and diversity of canada..which blows by the way.
